At Philly Rescue Angels, we believe every animal deserves a chance to be loved, valued, and safe. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs and cats in need while advocating for those who have no voice of their own.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization funded entirely through donations, we provide lifesaving support to animals facing uncertain futures, including those in overcrowded shelters, owner surrender situations, and other challenging circumstances. We are committed to ensuring every animal receives the medical care, nourishment, training, and compassion needed to heal and thrive.

Through dedicated foster homes, community support, and responsible adoption practices, we work to match each animal with a loving forever family where they can live happy, healthy lives.

At Philly Rescue Angels, we are more than a rescue. We are a community of advocates, fosters, volunteers, and supporters united by one goal: giving homeless animals the second chance they deserve and creating a future where every dog and cat has a safe place to call home.
